I love sharing these what I eat in a day videos with you because I feel like it gives you a better insight as to how someone who is on a vegan weight loss journey may eat to achieve their goals, or how someone maintaining their weight may eat.
Eating a whole food plant based diet is an amazing and healthy way to eat, and many people have great success losing any unwanted, unhealthy body fat eating this way. However, there are some who still struggle to do that, and one of those people was me. That’s why I decided to follow the general guidelines of Dr. McDougall’s The Starch Solution, which is a higher starch, high carb, low fat vegan plant based diet, allowing one to fill their stomach with food, less calories, and stay satisfied until their next meal.
