A science author and former vegan’s new book, Vegan Betrayal, debunks the vegan diet. The author reveals how vegan diets are dangerous because of their lack of protein, have no credible scientific support, increased anemia risk, and carb overload! Vegans are also deficient in many vitamins and minerals. So I guess us vegans are totally screwed and need to start eating fish?
