One Year Vegan Update: RT4, Weight Gain, Acne and Depression
Yes, it’s been awhile. I have no excuses, and a backlog of videos recorded. It happens.
May 1st, 2015 was my one year veganniversary, and I am very excited to let you guys in on my journey. I am still living in Thailand, and loving it. I have met some pretty great people, had some pretty epic adventures, and even have one vegan convert under my belt 😉 I look forward to many more awesome years living an ethical and healthy lifestyle.
