How to make upma



Ingredient list:

Semolina/ sooji/ rawa – 1 cup
Onion(finely chopped) – 1 large
Tomato (finely chopped) – 2 medium
Carrot (grated) – 1 large
Fresh/ frozen green peas – 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds/ rai – 1/2 tsp
urad dal/ skinned black gram – 1/2 tsp
channa dal/ skinned bengal gram – 1/2 tsp
ginger (grated)- 1 inch
green chilli (chopped) – 1 large
curry leaves – 8- 10/ 1 sprig
coriander leaves – 1 small bunch
oil – 2-3 tbsp
lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
pinch of sugar.(optional)
water – 2 cups
