Today I am sharing with you another What/How I eat in a day video for healthy and sustainable vegan, plant-based weight loss. It’s important to note that what, how and the amounts of plant-based food that I eat may look different for you. My appetite and calorie requirements are, I’m sure, different than yours. It’s important to always listen to your body, and not try to copy how others eat. For me, I eat until I am full and satisfied and I feel amazing, happy and I’m healthy! Meals In This Video:
Savory Oats
3/4 C Rolled Oats, 2 C Veggie broth, 1 Chopped zucchini, Nutritional Yeast, a pinch of salt
Pancakes
1 C Whole Wheat flour
1-2 C Plant milk (depends on how thin you like the batter)
1 TBSP maple syrup, or another sweetener (I use monk fruit sweetener or stevia for fewer calories)
!-2 TBSP vegan chocolate chips
1 TSP baking powder
Stir well and pour batter into a little circle on a non-stick pan.
Potatoes and Broccoli
