Episode 35: Quick and Easy Vegan Dinner Featuring Siergio!
First time with a helper in the kitchen and it was fun! have to do this more often. I got the temph from whole foods and it comes in more flavors so check it out if you are looking for a soy free alternative to tofu. this meal was literally less than 10 from stove to table. I forgot to pick up spinach so thats why the plate was lacking greenery but you can imagine.lol
