Changing Her Diet Stopped Hot Flashes At Night

She was having too many hot flashes to count! Anne Marie Pedrick didn’t sleep through the night for more than two years because they were constantly waking her up.

Then she changed what she was eating and began sleeping like a baby! Anne Marie talks about how her new diet is helping her get a full eight hours of rest every night.

She learned about this new way of eating by participating in a study that tested how food can be used to treat the symptoms of menopause.
